Steve Davis meets Mark Selby in a clash of an exhibition match in Copenhagen. The referee for this spectacle is none other than Michaela Tabb, it’s going to be a funtastic and legendary evening controlled by the LadyRef. Our host will in line with the tradition be Danish snooker commentator number 1 Henrik Kaj Hansen.

The Danish paper Ekstrabladet has a nice article on the event, which also presents the top of Danish snooker with Allan Norvark and Rune Kampe, both capable of centuries.

Steve Davis turns 53 today.

Even though he hasn’t won a major tournament since 1997, Steve still plays snooker at a very high standard and is ranked no. 23 for 2009/10 season. He is also an established television analyst and occasional commentator for BBC’s snooker coverage. We still love to watch the now not so ginger magician do his stuff on the baize.
